I began decorating cakes in late 2003 for my daughter’s first birthday. After, I started making cakes for my friends and their families. I received lots of encouragement from them to turn this hobby in to a business. Thus, Miracle Cakes was established in 2009!
I am a self-taught cake designer. I spent lots of time to improve my skills and find new techniques to make stunning cakes. My cakes and icings are always freshly made to give the best flavor and texture. Every cake is baked from scratch and decorated with passion to ensure you receive the cake of your dreams.
Most of my cakes are covered with Fondant Icing. Fondant icing gives a cake smooth and seamless finish and keeps the cake moist. I use butter cream as primary frosting and it is a good base for fondant icing.
Cake toppers will be hand crafted according to your needs. Although they are edible, I recommend keeping them as souvenirs to remember your precious moment. Those will last for several years, if you keep in a cool dry place.
